Food Studies Syllabi

In 2024, the ASFS, with funding from the Mellon Foundation, renewed its commitment to promoting food studies by making food studies syllabi and assignments open access. We invite you to use these resources to expand the field of food studies as well as to broaden the use of food (and its related topics) in all areas of the humanities and social sciences. Please review the document for using these sources. Please consider adding to this collection as well, in the spirit of ASFS collaboration, by sending submissions to asfssyllabi@gmail.com as a PDF titled “Your Name_Course or Assignment Title.”
